WHY: This toolkit gives an overview on how to approach mentoring in a social enterprise development program. We recommend you read it before embarking on your mentorship journey and revisit it as often as you wish during the process.

FOR WHOM: This toolkit can be used by two groups: business experts and entrepreneurs who wish to mentor young people through their entrepreneurship journey, and NGOs who wish to train business mentors for this purpose.

HOW: It provides NGOs with information, instructions, templates, and workshop ideas that can be used to provide mentorship training to business experts. (*Chapter 6 specifically provides workshop ideas and worksheets to be used by NGOs for the training of mentors.) It also provides business mentors with information, instructions, and templates to use throughout the mentoring process. (*Chapter 7 specifically provides instructions and templates for business mentors to use with their mentees.)
