Creative Industries Workshop Series

Following the successful completion of a series of five thematic workshops dedicated to fostering creativity and entrepreneurship, participants gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in developing innovative business ideas.

The workshops covered the following topics:

Introduction to Creative Industries, Idea Development, and Concept Creation

Branding, Prototyping, and Initial Product Design

Business Model, Pricing, and Marketing Strategies

Legal Aspects, Pitching, and Investment Opportunities

and a final mentorship session aimed at refining participants’ concepts.

Through the information received, practical exercises, and discussions on entrepreneurship and business development, the participants successfully prepared five business plans for the following initiatives:

Coffee on Sand, Traditional Pie Production, Traditional Clothing Production, Magnetic Pet Photography and Cat Collars with Local Motifs

The activities were implemented by the Association Center for Sustainable Community Development – Debar.
