We are pleased to open the Call for Attendance to the ALForum 2025!
Participation is open to stakeholders active in the field of dialogue between cultures with two different registration tracks
ABOUT ALFORUM
Where your Voice and Knowledge Matter Most
The ALF together with the Municipality of Tirana and the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania will bring together around 1,000 participants including civil society and academic entities, young leaders, media outlets, influential figures, governments and institutions representatives, policymakers and other relevant stakeholders from 43 countries to transform the Euro-Mediterranean region.
This year, we look forward to shaping new pathways for the future of the region, setting yet another milestone!

Who is this Call For?
ALF Members Track: Open exclusively to members of the ALF Networks. Applicants under this track have the opportunity to request financial support to attend the Forum.
Self-covered Track: Open to applicants outside the ALF Networks. This is a self-covering participation track, where selected applicants will be required to cover their own costs and pay a symbolic registration fee of 50 euro

Eligible participants under this track may request partial financial support
How Financial Support is Evaluated
Requests for support will be assessed based on:
The applicant’s potential contribution to the Forum’s objectives
The relevance of their affiliated entity
The type of financial support requested
Please note that the maximum amount of financial support received by an ALF member will depend on the total number of successful applications received.
Due to the limited financial resources available, and in line with the Foundation’s belief in shared responsibility, the ALF approaches this call with a principle of co-responsibility, ensuring that the available support reaches those who need it most while encouraging broader engagement. We therefore kindly ask applicants to consider what costs they or their organisations can realistically cover, before requesting financial support. This collaborative approach allows us to extend the opportunity to a more diverse and inclusive range of participants across the region.
Self-covered Track
This is a fully self-covered track open to individuals and organisations interested in attending the ALForum 2025. Accepted applicants under this track must cover their own travel, accommodation and a symbolic registration fee of 50 euro to help cover the basic services provided during the Forum ensuring a smooth and impactful experience for all attendees.

25/05/25 Publication of the selection results for applications requesting any kind of financial assistance
The registration will be effective after successfully passing administrative checks upon payment of the symbolic fee
